On the whole, I would say purple is the best anodized aluminum color. I think the ano process limits how “good” colors can be based on the metal, etc, but purple (and to some extent pink) pop so hard with anodized colors.

Agreed. I sometimes pick up my MMC just because I enjoy that purple color so much, and I just ordered a Rebirth with the same hue.

Barely thrown ‘em and haven’t swapped out the flat bearing yet but so far I like them both. Definitely think that shedding the weight on the final version was the right call though I’m curious how it would feel with SEs a touch heavier than the ultralights.
Also, I feel like OD recently has been making throws that play better with their flat bearings than previous releases. Not saying that these won’t benefit from centering bearings but just impressed at how well they play with flats. First noticed it on the Rev1.
