Just got this beauty from YYB. Looks hot and first impressions: it’s very smooth, feels light for a bi-metal but lots of power.
Edit: forgot to mention the 24k string! While a bit on the thin side for my taste, the 2 color is fire!

I acquired this as part of a collection goal without many expectations. The OC is in the running for my best budget throw. This thing is as fun as many of my high dollar organics. 10/10 would recommend.

From the laser engraving design, I believe that was 2012 Sleipnir. The only difference from the OG 2009 Sleipnir is the pad thickness. But still, 2009-2012 was YYR golden period

I still think they make the best stuff but part of my love for them is nostalgia back when their stuff really was miles ahead of everything else. Their monometals were my yoyo childhood
To be fair I didn’t get it for the $105 because there was a lot of other interest. Still really cheap, but for the condition I don’t think I got an insane deal or anything. Also, I was more interested in anything other than black so if you find a different color we can trade. If it’s in better condition I’ll add some money too

So look what showed up, sitting in the package pile in the apt rec room, 6 days after being marked as delivered and presumed stolen/lost (and yes, it just showed up today, along with a 2-day FedEx package that was marked delivered 7 days ago):
