Scooped up the last purple crucible on YYE, along with a few orher goodies.

Then, as soon as i completed the checkout i realized i forgot 2 small packs of string i wanted. Wanted to take advantage of the free shipping that i qualified for on the first order so i gave them a call.

All i can say is WOW. The guy that answered the phone was as cool as can be and accommodated my request, no problem.

I could tell he knew yoyos, and was passionate about them. Im new, so while ive got passion, my knowledge is lacking lol.

Picked his brain about lubricant and after yapping yoyo for a minute, I ordered a bottle of that too.

This was Wednesday afternoon. Package arrived about an hour ago, including the stuff i had added.

I could rant even more about how awesome that customer service was, but ill spare you guys. Im sure most are aware of this already.

To anyone new like myself, id strongly urge you to give YYE your business if they have the product youre looking for. They’re great people.

Side effects. Where have you been all my yoyo life (still < 2 months lol). Theyre so cool!

Didnt realize that each set is a seperate axle too. Definitely nice to know i dont have to worry much about unscrewing or over-tightening.

Plus the mix n match color/shape combos rule.
