Hopefully you get one. I imagine he may do more if they sellout quickly. There are times I get the initial release of something then they release a different colorway I like even more.

Did you try one at Nats? I really like a few of Marks releases but considering the diameter of this one I’m surprised how well it moves around. And how much I’m enjoying it.

I did, threw it like, twice before I was like yeah I’ll be wanting one of these. It’s just in much higher supply so I can be patient with it. I did hear that Blumi might get future runs too though. I just wanna try for the one that’s harder to get later.

So what I’m reading is: The Metal Harbinger, RBC and Plasm meet Slestak’s standards for response, and every other responsive, you try to get them to respond as they do.

Something like that. I like a response that comes right back very snappy and also allows the string to scrub back and forth while cradled deep in a trapeze mount without snagging. That’s what I aim for. I also prefer to reach that point without lubing the bearing in many but not all cases. If I get that right off I’m super happy, if it won’t do how I like… well… I try to make it do it. That’s about the gist of it.

Try to avoid the lube too. That stuff is addicting… Would rather not have to fool with it. Did it to my loopers, and now I’m stuck doing it with those 2 the rest of their lives. Usually give in on Yomegas too.
