Greedy. Have to say that watermellow looks even better here than in the product pics, imo.
Would have been cool if they could have got a touch of dark green in there as well. Very nice.

I’m curious which one you’ll end up liking more over time. I was also planning on getting a second draft or whatever they’re calling it if they do a solid pink later on. ULs are definitely my preferred setup on the first draft.

Mine looks like a halfswap actually. One half is almost pink the other one red!

just got my summit 2…small little ano flaw unfortunately but i popped in a grooved bearing and switched out the SE for ultra lights and the Ultra lights are way better if you want something lighter…i didn’t know how much of a difference they made until i tried it!

People say they’re fairly different (the Sunmit 2’s design is not derived from the Summit’s design, it’s just that both of them were created during a ‘summit’ of OD & CLYW), so … if you find one for a decent price, then yes.

They are different. Og summit plays heavier, but it as still on the lighter end of the yoyo playfeel spectrum imo.

Seeing double
REALLY enjoying the Summit 2 so far. I’ll probably share more thoughts on it later but it’s like a much more solid and powerful feeling Chief, with even more satisfying kickback. For sure less floaty and quick than the Chief, but I love the increased weight, and am also interested in playing with the SE’s and swapping them out for different feels. I haven’t played the first draft Summit 2 but I’m glad this one weighs what it does, my guess is that it might lack a lil power if it weighted any less.
@da5id & @unklesteve I know your DM’s & messages have to be absolutely flooded recently over this thing, but you damn guys really knocked it out of the park. It is THE quintessential, perfect feeling “mid school” throw. I was a kid when the first Summit dropped/got my first one, and have watched that documentary countless times. Can’t tell you how awesome it is to see you guys doing round 2 a decade+ later! So excited to see the new documentary on it. I think I can speak for pretty much everyone when I say that you guys should collab more than once every ten or so years 
Here’s a comparison shot between the Chief, Summit 2, & Summit 1. You can see it’s wider than the Chief by a hair and not quite as wide as the OG Summit by a hair.
Another one with the Leaf, which is definitely the widest of the bunch.
