Nice Dragon Slayer
Slap Jr. liking it so far. Definitely different from anything else I have. Also a nice yellow fade Alice. I love how these fades look. Thanks @kretzschmar
D-bearing joyride!
A “confusing” mail day, set one of them up as a fixie and the other with stacks. Has me now excited for my incoming Cold Fusion GT. While the blank I have is just a pinch narrower than a normal A-size bearing, this feels amazing as a fixed axle, still yields long spin times!
On the website it claims that these are 61 grams but they feel much lighter. I don’t have a scale to weigh but it feels like a metal Bumble Bee GT (which is a good thing).
The marvel is beautiful. That was my very first yoyo purchase in that very colorway back when it was in stock right here at yoyoexpert.
I’d need to play with it some more to form a solid opinion, but so far, I’ve been liking it. Stability is a minor issue for some high-stress tricks, but it has a nice presence on the string and is easy to redirect and move in and out of mounts despite it playing on the heavier side
That explains why it still didn’t feel too heavy with the stacks on, felt very much like my No Jive. Thanks for the info!
No problem
Currently running mine with an Ultem blank, never thought it would work as good as it does. Love your color swap!
@Slestak75 traded me this Workhorse he had fine tuned for responsive play. It’s perfect for me. I rec’d a couple C bearings that have his special sauce in them as well that I cannot wait to try out (p.s. thank you for the counterweight, I needed one in this weight range, it’s perfection)
Sweet. So glad you like that setup. I hope you’ll let me know how you like the bearings. I tested them both on my Kamuraiju and they both made it loop. I think you’ll like them. ![]()
I will definitely keep you posted, and thank you so much again!
They came out fantastic, using them for the Plumpy and it accomplishes everything I was hoping for and more. You have nailed the responsive bearing formula my friend
