I’m still getting a feel for it but so far it’s great, floaty and comfortable and 100% a keeper!
If you’re on the fence about it, I highly recommend this video by Jacob (aka the G2 guy). He compares some of the most popular organic shaped yoyos on the market, it’s great and it helped me decide on the Butterball. He is way more qualified to describe the feel of the butterball than I am lol

For one, very cool looking throw.
For two, I am going to show my ignorance, so someone help me out.
When I throw my yoyo down and bring it up, it does down once and up once.
So help me with my math, if I am throwing it down 7 times, my mind is saying that is 7 times up to get it back to my hand.
Help me figure out that eighth up.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out too. Maybe the first “up” is one winding the string prior to play?
Edit: There’s more meaning to it outside of a yoyo’s up and down motions - Proverb for getting knocked down 7 times but getting up 8 (and overcoming the challenge). Definitely something to keep in mind during these trying times.
