Haven’t dusted any electronics yet but it seems like a great piece of gear. Cute kitty! Kittens are a lotta work but the cat stage is so worth all the training etc.

I just held Calcifer constantly since he was a fuzzy little jelly bean so now he’s the most chill floppy liquid cat. Like he’ll be walking along and I can just scoop his legs out from under him with my hands and flip him into my arms like a chonky baby and he’s still just chill maxing lol and it’s fantastic highly recommend for consoles modems routers and commonly neglected dust magnets. :wink:

Those that are able to get their hands on G2s, is that from the patreon subscription benefits? (early access, etc.)

since I’ve been on the YYE forums for a solid month or so, noticed that the G2 shop is dry :pensive_face:

On Saturday, I got a G2 T52 in the mail.

I have as Astro Yama would say way more yo-yos than hands.

As a matter of fact, I probably have way more yo-yos than all the hands you could count in your favorite restaurant on a Saturday night.

That being said, I can say, without hesitation, without reservation, and without exaggerating, that this particular G2 yo-yo is as good or even better than anything I have ever thrown.

My favorite monster on a string is a Turning Point Mustang U. That has been my every day carry since the day I bought it.. It’s just crazy on a string.

I put the Mustang down for a nap today and took my new toy to a pre-Easter dinner just in case somebody wants to see that trick they’ve never seen before lol.

This T 52 is just plain nuts.

PS…. I got another yoyo last week, that is a completely different construction, but I would say is just as Amazing. It’s the New Protostar with the inner titanium rings. At first glance, you look at it and say it’s a protostar.. you think about it as you’re putting a string on it and you say man this is an expensive protostar. OK it’s got titanium rings on it but man… This is an expensive proto star.

And then you throw it around for a couple minutes and you forget about how much it cost, and you don’t even care what the name is or how much you paid for it. It has a balance of speed, power, ergonomic shape, stability smoothness, and spin time that is rare to all happen at once. And it feels powerful as you throw it down the string and yet it hits the bottom with a very soft feel like an old yo-yo. It doesn’t feel heavy on the string and it even has kind of a float to it. That’s hard to describe. It’s not grabby at all and binds are very dependable.

Sadly, for whatever reason, I don’t think they’re gonna make many of them? I’m not saying it’s a one and done, but I don’t hear of any plans of them making another batch? And I don’t know how many or how few they made the first time around?

But if you’re in a yo-yo club and you get a chance to try one… You gotta try it..

You need to follow the drop schedule and shop the g2 store, Tuesday’s at noon for loadout and sometimes another model, Friday at 8pm for other things. (Eastern time). There is also a newsletter and discord with more info and updates, and a patreon if you want dibs on special stuff.

All this said, both my g2 are second hand

I got to work today and there is a package for me from Dressel. The mystery yoyo has delivered!!

I open the box to find the yoyo wrapped in paper…yoyo only - no string, no storage tube, no string, oh yea there’s no string which means I don’t get to try it out on my lunch break, just get to admire its beauty :frowning:

No string is on me, apologies for that.. harder to keep track of something like that without the tube for me.

It is possible it’s only oversized in one dimension. That’s all it would take to not fit the tube.
