If i remember right, the bearings from the butterfly xt should fit the wheel

Think so, i just know the transacle wheels and xts are part swappable. Transacle fits the xts, xt bearing fits the new wheels

New ones are transaxle, old ones are fixed axle. Get an old one

Yeah I have been seeing them on eBay here and there, but I have so many “odds and ends” yo-yos I wanna snag, like a Proyo, a Raider, a dozen fireballs… you know how it goes

The motif is a great throw! I personally wouldn’t get it for $120. It plays quite floaty and I personally love capped throws. I think for tech tricks and style, a really stable throw with a decently wide gap is best due to the amount of complicated string movements you are bound to do. Overall, the motif plays light and floaty, but it doesn’t lack power. Try to get it on the BST!
I do not live in the US which might be a problem for BST. I did find the Motif on yoyostore rewind but as you said 120$ is a bit expensive for it. I am now looking at the Sibyl by Disyoyos and the Hash by UNPRLD. Have you tried any of them?
Also, where did you buy the Motif from? I have been looking for the Clear everywhere but cannot find it.

I own two hashes actually hahah, it’s one of my favorite throws! Disyo Siybl is also a fantastic throw, named best throw of 2024 by multiple sources. I haven’t had the chance to throw the Siybl (it’s still coming in the mail), but they recently dropped sick black color ways. Definitely check it out!
I picked up the clear motif off the BST, pretty lucky to find it.
How would you compare the Motif and Hash? I really love those two but the price difference is what makes me unsure. Thank you for all your replies!

Not a lot of time yet but they play nice and I’m enjoying the smaller size. Wasn’t sure when I ordered and it was the orange color that got me but glad I did. Very nice smooth response and so far not getting surprised by it being responsive when not expected. Yet basic looping is no problem. Hopefully they continue producing them and they come to the states.

I would say the hash plays a bit heavier on rims than the motif. Both are great floaty throws, but I personally lean a bit more towards the hash (the finish just feels so great and I have the In Hyeok Choi’s art version that is just so pretty).
