What did you get in the mail, 2025?

This yoyo is so good!

One Drop Terrarian from the most recent run. Initial impressions are great, I’m excited to put a lot more time in this.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a mail day! The yoyo aquisition syndrome seems to hit me in the summer, but the wooden fixies people are posting are really tempting.

Nothing too fancy today, just a 2023 Butterfly AL and a pair each of delrin and aluminum caps.

The correct analogy here would be someone just handed me the keys to a Ferrari and I can barely drive.

I’m hopeful that sooner than later, yo-yos will come with tricks included.

(Stole that joke from Mo, I thought it was too funny.)

I was suuuuper excited to see it in the box when he opened it! I was like “Heyyy! That’s one of those 3d printed ones that person on the forums makes!!! Yayyy!”:sweat_smile:

I’d been seeing them floating around but never actually thought we’d get to throw one.

I love it, too, it’s really well made

Birthday gifts from my wife. Figured the Origen would be a great modern responsive, and I was right! I’ve landed 4 kickflips in the last 20 minutes that I’ve had this. The Fizz is an experiment, I’m playing with the idea of writing a huge review of yoyos under $15 bucks for beginners (the audience being mainly parents, and you guys of course).

This little box came in the mail earlier and wow, thank you so much @Yodaddyo !! I was impressed just opening the box, and that only grew substantially as I dove in! Never played any MK1 throws although I’ve heard great things, and it’s just the SMOOTHEST yoyo I’ve ever thrown in my life! Beyond impressed with the performance, The wife and myself keep having to draw to see who goes next :joy:. Ive got to get on my fixed axle play for the February festivities as well, thanks so much! :v:

Heck yeah bro. Im glad your digging it. I’m not sure if the box or yoyo says what it is, but the mk1 is Dynames. Super fun throw.

Some Atmos arrived. A black Canopy SS, bubblegum Noma, black and a clear Canopy PC and the new HAMR titanium. My first impression for the HAMR was oh my, this is good. Noma arrived yesterday and the rest today from Reuben in Singapore. Thanks to @rnsy for designing some sweet throws.

I started my 0A fixed axle journey maybe 3 weeks ago, with a Pixie. I’ve acquired a few more fixed axles since then, and I can tell you this, the Pixie is a legend to begin your journey and can easily see you the whole way through.

If you haven’t learned to trapeze stall yet, learn that (and how to Regen out of it), and it is game on from there. Seth has some great tutorials on the basics that I have been learning from.

I’ve been finding my Pixie is the easiest fixie to work on some of the FAF tricks!
