this got delayed in the mail but actually ended up arriving on my cake day ![]()
Sorry for the really late reply still new to the forums and throwing in general. My main point of comparison would be to the hypernova, it’s got lots of power for a mono but isn’t as stable, I only know a couple basic grinds but i think grind enjoyers would love it because of how soft and comfortable it is in the hand.
How well does the yyf confusion throw/handle
Got a couple of TMBRs today!
An Irving 2019 and a Morrow.
The Morrow pretty much became an instant favorite, with rims like the SW Button that allow pull starts and fingerspins. Stoked!
I barely managed to sneak away from our table Saturday, but I did finally get my first not-beginner kendama!! We had such a blast, what an amazing event! Huuuge thank you to everyone who came by to see us, y’all are excellent ![]()
Oh yeah, and Adam Reeder took 1st place, Florida State 5a Champion with our Sago!!! Let’s go!!!
What are the yoyos?
personally i find it a bit on the heavier side at just over 60g but it plays quite well and you can find versions with hubstacks
Surprised with a Birthday Gift from my gf, a YYE mystery Bag! Curious to see what others have gotten from the mystery bags
Ordered (along with the G2 mystery) RIGHT before we figured out we had covid, so this will be the last mail day till Christmas (G2 box is getting wrapped and put under the tree before I open it, SURPRISE!)
Black Oasis from Dressel Designs! Loved the PiF so I knew I had to snag one.
How’s the hybrid was super curious about that one
It’s a fun one. Really comfortable catch, easy to play with. It’s also a pretty interesting feeling triple zero variant since it’s diameter is 55mm. Second smallest diameter triple zero after the d bearing version I believe. Compact power and super fun to throw for long sessions ![]()
Duncan Butterfly XTs and a Spintastics Manta Ray ![]()
