I just got this in a trade.

P.S. - I’m really grateful that YYE allows this BST to exist.

If I ever designed a signature yo-yo in an alternate universe, this would literally be it. The undersized comp style throws are an absolute pleasure.

Would have been an Exit 8 and a Bangarang but package is currently seemingly stuck in CT despite FedEx saying that delivery was slated for today. “Local Delay”…assuming weather issues?

Speedaholic XX came in yesterday, so far it has outperformed my Replay Pro in every category.

Got this GoodLife Valley on BST for a great deal. I love smaller yoyos. This thing is super smooth and quiet. Really happy with it! I’m from Pittsburgh so the colors go great too!

When screwing the valley back together it is really tight and squeaks. I only did twice but is this normal or something I should worry about?

It’s not ideal, but a lot of yoyos seem to do that. Personally I wouldn’t worry about it, but I definitely remember reading people complain here about this brand or that brand having that problem.

I tend to forget which ones do it though because it’s rare that I need to unscrew a yoyo these days since I started using a knot picker rather than unscrewing every time.

Thanks for the heads up. I seen it happen on a video review before but can’t remember what brand. I really like this yoyo so I figured I’d ask. I was thinking the same thing. I recently was using a pair of small tweezers instead of a tooth pick and it helps get the tighter knots.

Mine outperforms many of my metal throws. Great choice!

My first zgrt throw. I’ll be one of the few that runs it with a full size c bearing for unresponsive play. Fixed axle play doesn’t appeal to me but maybe this can change it.

I am really enjoying mine with the C bearing!

Two more Duncans for the pack!

This is my first Freehand 1 with the large bearing.

Horsehead is the colorway of the beautiful Parlay I believe.

I haven’t enough time with it yet, got home later yesterday so today I’ll get more time. So far I would say its focus leans towards performance. I wondered about the 68 grams but the only time I feel that rock feel is when it’s just hanging and spinning, like when I paused for second in the middle of throwing. I’m aware of the weight when moving but not negatively, just has that semi truck feeling. That’s hot rodded. Also feels smaller than I thought it would. The response bumps are also less than what it appears in photos. I’ll update later after more time

Testing out these lovely A&A Strings from @IMArocketman! As a big fan of Airetic (RIP), who switched to Bad Wolfe (RIP), I’m stoked to find another boutique string maker that exceeds my standards. Really impressed with these blends so far, I’ll post a full review in the next couple of days.
