Hammer is such an ugly term, I prefer swing press.
On a side note, that’s also how you tune up a yo-yo ball.

I‘m so on the fence about the Isthmus. How does it compare to the Panorama/Diorama or the Static Co. Wave (in case you or somebody else here happens to own those Throws as well)?
