Havenât thrown in 2 days. Have a 103 temperature. 
Well you âsrâ with the same initials as me, must get better. Have you tried trance throwing. I was sick with a 101 once and started just lighly throwing to soft music. I didnt push myself even a little just causal throw. I remember doing the matrix over and over and a lot of other deals like going back and forth from trapeze and his bro.soft steady throwing and before i knew my mind was fixed. It was like taking a short break from being sick. I even forgot to cough most of the time. Should try it and let us know if you have a similar experience. Do it while drinking lots of water and then take a nap with lots of blankets and sweat it out. Worked for me.
