Here’s a pic of both of them side by side.

The rims are thinner on the Ranchero and it’s not as beefy as the Pistolero. The Pistolero also has a D bearing, while the Ranchero has a C.

What is the difference between first run (V1?) and V2 Pistoleros?

I’m not 100% sure about every difference. I know that the V2 did not have holes in the spikes.

Not at all. Its a MFD case has a elastic strap that holds 3 yoyos and 2 rollers, and some string etc. Very secure.
