How do they get that finish on that yoyo? I have a yoyo that I was thinking about sanding the ano off of. I have fine grit paper and will be careful to not sand any weight off of it. Has anyone else sanded the ano off a yoyo?

There are lots of options to use in order to get certain finishes.
I believe this has been Pyramatte tumbled but not anodised so still raw. The tumbling gives it that look and because it’s raw the slight anodisation adds to the look.
It looks like it’s rough/coarse but it’s very smooth to the touch.
Lighter and bigger, that’s how I’m looking forward to seeing what people think of it!
It looks like it was passed down from your grandpa’s grandpa. I mean that in a good way. To me, it says “I don’t need pretty colors and splashes and engravings because I am the baddest, meanest yoyo in the valley of the shadow of death!”

Yeah it’s titanium Jazz-Yo Genbu colorway is Radial Crack. I haven’t seen any US stores with it yet.
Today it is my Onedrop Rebirth in which I have put red dome side effects and has one of those Onedrop Long Cuts strings. I love orange and brown together!
