when is gates dropping them ? i’ve been waiting for a drop forever now ![]()
Lady that rung me up (Self checkout had a stupid long line that I didn’t have the patience for with only 3 items and everyone else with full carts) said “oh wow I haven’t seen yoyos in forever!”
As convenient as self checkout is, sometimes it’s nice to interact with another person…we as a society have gotten so disconnected with real social life…so nice change of scenary…if it weren’t for the line behind me I would have pulled out my Deepest State and showed her what could be done.
I just got lucky, been trying forever as well. Follow him on insta though, he recently eluded to dropping more in the near future
Looks like a 54 gen 2
It’s real, and it’s spectacular!
Might look for a blue one one day

Another piece of lovely retro goodness, albeit one I find quite picky and demanding. But would anything be fun if it was just easy ?
Yes. Yes it would. It would be a blessed relief in fact.
I do note that a new Kyo was threatened on his ‘Gram 6 months ago but has yet to surface on the webshop.
Much needed day off today, so I decided to have some fun in the sun with one I haven’t thrown in a while.
Atmos Projects Tide.
A throw-yo for responsive march. Here we have a personal fave of mine. Gets a lot of throw time.
Toybanias OG Stoopid. I really love that big, AL 6061 feel.
Lately I’ve been throwing my OD Deepest State with ultralight SEs + the Fellhoelter “NotABearing” + Zipline Fluff string and it’s so fun and snappy! The smaller diameter fixed axle goes hard.
I saw @fradiger post their dyed asterisk on here a few days ago. I thought it looked great and asked what the process was. This was my first time doing any kind of dye job on a plastic yoyo, and while I think there is a lot of room for improvement, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
