I finally stripped one…half hit the wall, and disappeared (clearly found). Other half bounced off the ceiling, then a mug (it broke), landed in the kitchen sink on the bearing. It continued to spin so fast, and get so hot you could smell it in the air.
It played hard, and valiantly. It has earned its rest in the Hall of Retirement.
Seriously though, it could have a second life. It was my “I’m learning a thing that hits things” beater. This day was coming.
Thanks for the info! That’s useful information, especially the part about the Daredevil 2 being somewhat bigger. When things begin to slow down in a couple more weeks, I hope to bust out the photography equipment again and take more pictures. I’ve got several new throws that I didn’t “announce” on the what came in the mail thread, but on the plus side I’m now way past any potential honeymoon period and can probably give a more realistic take on how they perform.
Introducing The Crystal Ti Bape-hidora by Enso YoYos
The first of its kind. These were a limited drop at PNWR and sold out before the booth was even fully opened but hoping to do another yoyo in this material soon
This one pictured above with the hearts is our new Crystal Titanium. Its a wild cool process. The titanium is super heated in a vacuum and it actually causes the crystal structure to change, thus leaving behind a really neat and durable dichroic finish
