New responsive throw from BoiseWoodworks on Etsy. I threw on some pink yoyofriends response pads I had laying around and this thing plays incredibly. Stalls are excellent!

I like to support manufacturers of high-performance yo-yos. My belief and their personality makes no difference to me. I do not support manufacturers that create artificial scarcity, exclusive buying clubs, secret drops; or anything other than great yo-yos.

I had snagged one early in these new batches rich has been pumping out. I have a fixed axle on the way too. The newest ones with the slight divot look really good too.

I grabbed the last fixed he had listed as it was 50 grams and learning this 0A stuff seems easier with a lighter throws.
The ones with the bearing weigh 70g ilove the shape and craftsmanship. I’m pretty sure I will grab one as well. Unsure what the guts look like on it and if it responds good the way it is or if I should buy some friction stickers. Thoughts appreciated.

Turbo disks help if your trying to do modern responsive on the 70g bearing ones. Stalls slip without them. If your trying to power through something more traditional like string tricks in the responsive play space then it plays great as is. The response on those are brass starburst. It uses the same size e bearing as a raider does.
