Bringing heat to the woods.
Been throwing this nonstop for a few days now. Mowl Obsession+ (I think B grade?)
The spin time is insane for a small organic shape, I was lucky enough to be gifted this, but I happily would’ve spent the $160 on it.
Attach a counterweight.
it was mine. thanks a lot, now my cat wandered off…
Knob my problem
Well, that scenario was really off its “hinges”… I hope you find your cat; cats really are A-Door-Able!
sorry for the puns, I was really “feline” like cracking some jokes, even though they’re “knob” very funny…
Dang that black on black looks so good.
Is this how many yoyos you typically bring to the pool?
Nah, Usually just the Honeybadger for the underwater play.
I bring at least 3 YoYo’s everywhere I go. This is just a few backups…
It’s like a security blanket
I do the same thing now too but with string. 1 yoyo and a pack of string.
Is that a real player… or just a Knobvelty yo-yo?
Can’t believe you haven’t tried it, are you a knoob?
Anyways, it’s definitely a Knobvelty yoyo to start with, it has no less spin time than an average A-RT yoyo if you have good control. I guess the rest depends on your taste. It’s fun on the string and really polishes your skills. For me, I’d like it more if it feels a bit lighter
Here’s a video I filmed to prove it’s playability:
Lol:joy:
I had at least 5 at one time. Even an Unknown one.
I sold, traded or gave them to others over time…
And interestingly, when I bought Jeff Atwood’s collection, I ended up with another one, .
Didn’t you ever see my YouTube video about taking them apart?
I think it is an Amazingly good example of precision machine work.
The fit and finish are both superb.
I sorta regret trading away the Unknown version. But the guy had an amazing collection of various Unknown yo-yos… but the DK was not yet part of his collection…
Oh well..
Have you tried the golden one with a keyhole logo? I’ve heard that it feels lighter on the string than the others with matte finishes, is this true?
Nope… have never touched that one… sorry.
Aww… it seems to be just as rare as an unknown one, which means it’ll probably cost a fortune for me to try it
Are those Tyler Vienneau’s tricks?
Yep, me big big fan
Myself as well… sooner or later my parents are gonna ask me why they keep hearing The Pixies.
