No I did not get the money back after we had face to face at his place.
Polices had done nothing.
I think we have to do something aggressively, like gathering people at police station report him at once, or protest against him at his place.

I asked him when would you pay back the money he promised me next week, but he has not returned the money yet.

Or could we meet up at Singapore police to report his misbehavior again?
Because I wired the money to him with Paynow when we met in Bangkok, Singapore police refused accepting this case had happened in abroad.
They asked me should report to Tailand local police. The Singapore police only recorded the case in the report but they would not address it.
Long story short, nobody’s getting their money back…
If a guy is Singapore isn’t getting anything, don’t expect anything at all if you reside in any other location.
Sounds like the issue there is that they were for some reason both in Bangkok at the time for a face-to-face transaction. In the other cases, presumably he is scamming people overseas while in Singapore, in which case it should fall under Singapore jurisdiction.
