My requirements/rules:
I don’t want flat colors (IE. No plain red or plain blue, want Red/blue splash etc.)EXCEPTION: It has a cool pattern like the skyline tiger edition.
Does not have to be mint, but do not want super beat yoyos
B+ grade is a maybe, depending on why it is a B grade.
