I’ve been using my Velocity for around 5 weeks now with an average of 30 mins per day and the K-pads seem to be acting up. Many of my binds are slipping now no matter how tight I close the gap on it and the pads feel very smooth now. I was looking for replacement pads on here but the Velocity says it uses “Skinny” K-pads while the spare parts area sells “small, standard, and medium” k-pads. What pads do I need to get for this thing?
not 100% sure about the pad thing, but my best guess would be small because the velocity is a small bearing yoyo,imo k-pads work good but i don’t think their the best in creating tight clean binds, you should try siliconeing the velocity before you spend $5 dollars on shipping for $2 pads
i currently use 888 size k-pads for my speed dial. im not sure if the slots for response are the same though. also if you have an email you can email yoyoexpert and ask them. ive done it bunches of times its great. the email is contact@yoyoexpert.com hope this helps

Velocity uses the CBC Slim pad - size 19mm OD, there is also written in the description of velocity…
These are the pads, I also use them in my velocity and they are realy good: YoYoFactory Response Pads – YoYoExpert
