WD-40 is not a lubricant. It “lubricates” there is a huge difference. It’s only purpose is preventing rust and breaking down rust to to free seized parts and bolts. I work at a hardware store and I cannot tell you how often I have to explain that WD-40 in your door hinges is NOT a good idea. It is basically kerosene in an aerosol can.

Anyways sorry I’m not yelling at you I’m yelling with you. It’s not your fault. Anyways clean with mineral spirits then use compressed air to clear that out. I run my bearings dry because in 2 years I haven’t had one go bad yet. The noise doesn’t bother me I think it’s cool.
