Pretty sure they won’t sell unassembled yoyos though 
I also think anodized sputniks are coming soon , there was a recent video of Ahmad using what appeared to be a red one.
Haha taded away my RED powder coated one a little while back. That was powder coated cus there was no silver showing

if you dont mind a small margin around the rings you can just as well anodize it
I’m not an anodizing expert, but if it was me I would probably just anodize it anyway since anodizing won’t work on the stainless part, however I have no idea what would happen to the stainless though so ask the anodizer first. If the only problem is there will be some color bleed between the stainless and aluminum, that’s easy to clean and polish.
I’m sure the steel rings are a press fit into the body. I think you would have a hard time getting them seated properly w/o the right tools and equipment.
I’ve heard that stainless steel dissolves in anodizing electrolyte (solution).
Something bad like that
