How do you do it?
If Northstars use the same axle setup as Protostars (which I presume that they do), you are going to want this guide for tuning yo-yos with setscrew axles.
Yeah I think it depends on the generation of the Northstar because the older ones came with a nut and bolt but the newer ones have the hex axles it looks like.
