i was just wondering if someone could post a vid on either the loctite or the teflon tape

There’s two pretty good ones on YoYoExpert, but they are not videos.

Studio42, that tutorial does not use loctite or teflon tape. That is the method for tuning yo-yos with a bolt and nut axle system. Aside from Duncans, most yo-yos today use a setscrew axle. The guide for tuning those (and the method that involves loctite or teflon tape) can be found here.
