Can you really clean a bearing with soy sauce?
Why dont you try it out?
So I don’t screw up the bearingXD
Well, what more proof do you need. The vid says it all.
Don’t work. Just tried.
You mean somebody told a fib, and made a vid to back it up?
Or maybe I just suck. I’ll give it a try tommorow. No need to worry JHB!
Wow, an amazing amount of off-camera work. Not saying anything, but hey, I work with film and video all the time, in addition to my massive amounts of audio work.
Just saying…
Nothing was switched off camera. The bearing we used was right out of the whip and no switch was made.
This worked very well surprisingly and the yoyo stayed playing well all the way into when I sold it (and the yoyoer who bought the whip from me still has it with the soy bearing.)
Im amazed it did anything, but it did, haha
J
Well, then this leads to the bigger question:
What do you use to clean out the soy sauce?
Mineral spirits? Lighter Fluid? Rice? Noodles?
nothing actually, basically after I soaked it for those few seconds, I cleaned off the excess with a napkin, then the rest was just air drying spinning in the yoyo.
You’re making me hungry…
Haha, I was right there when he did that. I tried the Whip, it actually played really well surprisingly.
So, that leads to the question. Can Sweet and Sour sauce be used as thick lube?
I don’t think it really makes any difference. You’re just going to need more in like 30 minutes anyways.
The bearings were made in China…
What a hipster way to say the name of a YYF product and refer to a Duncan Crew Brazil member
I’m craving sushi now…
Josh putting condiments on his yoyos… Where have I seen that before?
This made me lol.
Ditto. That was well played.
