After being a long time coffee drinker I had to quit it a couple years ago for health reasons. It turns out I’ve got some mold allergies that are sensitive enough that coffee triggers them. I’m slowly reintroducing coffee but have had to be selective about beans. This is Bullet Proof this morning. I am also having to limit myself to tiny adorable cup for now but I’m just happy to be able to have any at all

My usual big pour-over for the day! ~40g grounds to ~850g water has been how I’m liking it lately. Little bit of oat milk creamer, good to go! Also throwing Kinetics Crash from C3. Super fun bimetal
