ive never out stacks on mine cuz i just havenât gotten around to picking a kit up. curious though, how much weight does it add fully assembled if you have access to scales?

Hubstacks are less risky these days because we have far more sophisticated materials technology; it doesnât have to be synonymous with âcenter weightâ. We can design in more flexible ways.

They are risky in the âyyf still owns the patent and is litigious toward anyone who impedes on their IP senseâ so unless your in China and canât be pursued itâs not worth doing hubstacks âyetâ

Well, hubstacks arenât THAT necessary or cool anyways.. theyâre sort of interesting but not essential to the yo-yo experience.. in some ways they can be annoying to play. Pros and cons, really.

Honestly Iâve never owned a hubstack throw before. Just never found one I was like âyes! This is the oneâ. Maybe if an old 888 came along to buy, Iâd get one. But Iâve also heard about QC issues on newer ones. Dunno if thatâs true though
