PON Counterweight by Turning Point! - Hiroyasu Ishihara Signature Counterweight!

PON_Counterweight_Feature

The Pon Counterweight is the official signature counterweight of Hiroyasu Ishihara—two-time Japan National Champion in the 5A Division (2004/2005)—designed in collaboration with Turning Point. Built with stage performance in mind, this 3D-printed counterweight was carefully engineered to match Ishihara’s high-level competitive play.

What sets the Pon apart is its larger size, making it highly visible on stage and easier to catch. The unique wave-patterned body provides a natural non-slip effect, giving players confidence and control through every movement. Despite the size, the internal structure keeps the weight surprisingly agile, while its stability prevents wobbling, ensuring a taut string and clean trick execution.

Finished in a bright colorway for maximum visibility, the Pon Counterweight is designed not only for Ishihara’s competition setups—like the Turning Point MGB—but pairs seamlessly with a wide range of yo-yos.

I mean, what’s the point of having such an oversized throw if you don’t have an oversized CW to go along with it.
