PNWR Conditioning

This is my game-face. These tricks are just outlines of what I’ll be doing; as in: they are not complete. Expect more leg wrap trap, reverse trapeze combos, open whips, and other catches at the actual contest. May or may not compete in 4A, but I’ll see you all there anyway.

Around 1:12, the trick is a bit ambiguous.They’re actually inside/outside flow pops, not just normal flow pops. I would never do a bunch of regular flow pops in a row like that unless I was teaching somebody.

Thats very good! The first throw was awesome (well, all of it was awesome) I just started offstring, so I should take note of this video.
