No, there is no list of who is next.
When you have had it for a month, post it back up for next person to claim.
Public transparency is an integral part of this. The community has tried this before and they have always failed. I have set these parameters to keep public record and to ensure the person getting it next is on point. If your name is just next on the list, anticipation wavers and that how this gets forgotten and lost.
