Wonder why the Fulgers are NQP? They look pretty sick.
It’s never for vibe. Only ones I’ve heard of are discolored anno spots, or small anno errors or bubbles that occurred around/under the rims when they were being dipped/dunked. They’re always really hard for me to find. My brainier has dark blacks specs that are inside the cup.

Looks like there could be matte spots here and there(?)
Other than anno flaws, was a 2023 batch of Terrarians NQP’d due to “visual machining line in the cup.”

yeahh i definitely put one in my cart, then remembered that summit 2, onedrop bimetal, ti deepest state are all on the horizon and that made me decide to remove it from my cart

Only reason I didn’t snag an NQP clear crucible. My LT was already an impulse, and I really want to hold out for the S2. They’re killing me!!!
Yeah there are these small dark spots on them in places. It’s really subtle and you often need just the right light to see it. You can kind of find it in the photo.

I said after the firebird rainier purchase, all I need now is a crucible in some ridiculously sick color and you came through. I didn’t even have a chance for impatience. You guys rule

Just wanted to add with all this talk about the Crucible, I think it’s going down in history as one of the best OneDrops ever! I was digging the Ranier before this, but now with the Crucible in hand I really haven’t picked up anything since. Amazing yoyo!

So shape wise they feel similar in the hand, of course the crucible is more stretched out, bit wider catch zone, but the swoops feel similar. I think if you like the Ranier you would LOVE the Crucible. Feels like it plays with a bit more power but also a bit more agile imo.

This is a purple Rainier Boosted and a gold NQP Crucible. The shapes are very similar, with the Crucible having a more aggressive departure from the hub, giving it just a touch more power.
