I don’t quite get the appeal of this colour combination. Black and beige? Why do some people this one so much?

It’s more of a champagne/gold than beige in person. On the site it says they’re Pyramatte, but the ones I have seem more like a smooth blast, which is kinda cool and not the norm from OD these days. All the yoyos in this colorway that I’ve seen also come with uniquely engraved SEs that are only available with the throw, which makes them a little more collectable.

I couldn’t figure out an answer searching in threads or on the website. My wife asked me what I wanted to do for my 40th birthday in September and since I live about 5 hours drive from One Drop the obvious answer was see One Drop but I don’t know if that’s allowed? I don’t want to inconvenience anyone, or get chased away for peeping in their windows 
anyone know if visits are actually okay?

Yes, One Drop have always welcomed visitors. You should email David to arrange a visit ahead of time to make sure they’re there on that day & time.
