I’ve had good luck in general, but a couple packages this month that didn’t update for a few days.

This has never happened to me. Especially since other packages are coming through just fine from usps. This one is lodged at the back of someone’s truck unseen and unheard from.
That sucks

I’m surprised that these are still just sitting there in the store! I just bought both Rainiers, so I was hoping these would sell out fast, so I’d stop being tempted!

Blue Grass Fade Is pretty sweet (reminds me of the Island Bliss Herdsman), but can’t justify the price bump considering I have two Bronze/Obsidian swaps that I really dig…
I really like the Artifact, but I’m not sure that it’s one of those “I need this in every color” throws.

I truly appreciate that they’re coming up with newer colourways but I still can’t justify the newer prices.
Just like the $120 Artifact fades they’re not really growing on me I’d go with a solid anyday over those.
I hope they keep trying though pretty confident at one point they’ll be consistent!

At that point it’s like paying for Oakleys: it’s quality, yes, but it’s also because of the brand
I’m not sure that the fade Artifacts represent a new price point in general. Collab pricing is often a little more complicated.
I was surprised to see the price on the splash Boosted Rainiers, which was lower than the Tuesday Market (regular) Rainiers.
IIRC, many of the latest drops are in the same price range as splashes/fades before they went on hiatus in 2022.*
* Edit to add here, my SM Deep State was much lower, my ShadowKat Thorn was slightly lower, but I could swear that certain splash Aitches were higher. It seems like it has always been a wide range, but minus the outliers, I think the range is pretty on par with general inflation.
