Hey all. Been out for 15 plus years…marriage, kids, Yada Yada, Rediscovering the State of Yo. On my TK RD1, any suggestions on maintenance on the bearing to get it nice and fresh?? Got a Recess First base to get the skills back, but got a soft spot for the TK vibe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all, and howdy.
Clean the bearing and very lightly lube (or not) according to your preference.

Thick lube will tend to make the yoyo more responsive. Thin not so much. Either way only a very small amount is needed.
