I am totally falling in love with my gauntlet! (confession I fall in love with most my throws! lol ).
Thanks secret santa for shipping it with a concave bearing too! (hehehe I know who you are! you did great with this package and I really appreciate it man!). 
It’s an organic, so it feels fantastic in hand! It’s stable on the string, long spinning, smooth as butter, and just feels so right in so many ways I don’t have words for right now. I’m on simple tricks yet, but it eats up everything I can throw at it with ease and then asks for seconds!
And since it feels so good to throw around, it’s hard to want to put it down!
This is likely not a throw I would’ve ever picked up (I keep collecting extra side effects I don’t really need…so I need to start adding more one drops that use them to my collection lol)…but dang! I’m THRILLED to have it now that it’s been gifted to me!
And also…the color! Such a beautiful green!
I love these honey moon periods with yos haha…that period where you’re in complete love with the things :D.

Oh! And the zipline strings! I have some ziplines, but haven’t used them in something like a month (been really liking my kitty fats!).
At first the string was rough and stiff…but wow after just a short time of throwing it’s smoothed out and is now really soft and feels considerably better than my kitties. It holds tension way better…and I suck with words, but it holds it’s shape (haha NO clue how to word this) so much better!
Plus…the strings are green!!! Obviously they’re like the best things ever!!!

I may have made a quick pen and paper checklist to see who has sent and received. Looks like at least half of us have shipped and two received. It’s not entirely accurate, but it gives us a general idea of how it looks.

Okay, first of all, opening all of this was so much fun. He wrapped everything in here, and so much reminded me of Christmas when I was a kid. I won’t reveal the person, though that revealed themselves to me, until the end after everyone gets their packages. He wrote a note and was worried I might not like the yoyo or some of the random stuff…I love absolutely everything in here. I’ve already thrown the Drifter XL a bit and I can tell already I’m gonna like it. It’s big and narrow and fun and the colorway is amazing. I love the little altoids tin with yoyo string and scissors, the light up spin top, the little laser gun, the Darth Vader and Batman figures, the zippo lighter (though I did just quit smoking, I have always wanted a zippo), the little ornaments, and the other two yoyos and the little cases…but most of all i love this book. It’s “Twas the night before Christmas,” but with spaces like a madlib to fill in some of your own words; I already pictured myself reading this book to my kid for their first Christmas. This was amazing, and with my wife gone all week for a conference, it was really nice getting it today to distract. Thank you so much (you know who you are).
