Slow to communicate, slower to ship (8 days Florida to Georgia) and the bag was dirty with a broken clip so one of the straps doesn’t work. All in all a terrible transaction that I wish I hadn’t made. I’ve had over a dozen good sales and trades on here so I was bound hit a bad apple eventually.

and again the question of have you reached out to him? in my dealings i’d just refund a buyer before they were so unhappy to make a post about me.
I had to reach out to him constantly through the transaction. He never confirmed anything without me asking about it except for the tracking info because I said I wanted my money back. Had I not I don’t believe I would have it today. I have not tried to reach him since I received the bag. Do you not think he knows what he sent me?

It was a crappy picture of a dirty bag. I guess the writing was on the wall. I should have expected a crappy experience and a busted bag.

Your ALWAYS entitled to your money if you are unhappy with a product. I sell on ebay, mercari, fb and these forums and I will ALWAYS give money back for unhappy products.
This might be a kid we are talking about too. We don’t know what could have been going on his life. I’m legit not taking up for him as you need your funds back for recieving what you are unhappy with.

Who cares as long as u got the cash and thanks for giving the feedback even though the seller resolved and gave your money back it’s good to know that something like this happened, that way future buyers know to check and ask for detailed pics and description of items…your not saying don’t buy from him ur just saying if you do buy from him this is my experience
