Hey guys, Not sure if this has been done before but I am looking into getting a new yoyo and these three are all within my price range. So I’m hoping you’ll help me pick one.
A little background on me…
I had owned a Ti Dream in the past. I LOVED it. I loved the play, feel, the titanium, its speed, etc. I could go on forever. Unfortunately, I had to sell it in order to pay for rent… Ergo why the nightmare is on the list
I currently own a CzechPoint. Out of my current collection, it is my current favorite. It reminds me alot of the dream and a protostar. I have tried/owned a shutter, horizon, and the other remaining yoyofactory budgets and it has been my favorite. A suped-up Czech point would be awesome ergo VK Slusny
Last I own a 7075 Genesis and I also really like the play of 7075 yoyos. The turntable has such an attractive shape and design I want to get my hands on one so badly. Plus it comes in raw (One of my favorite colorways)
really seems like your choices are solid and well considered. Personally think the nightmare is best bang for your buck and if I wanted a monometal I’d be getting a fireal or jpx instead of the turntable.
I always forget about the Turntable, but that was a really good yo-yo with such a unique feel. I regret not picking one up while we had them. That’s my suggestion if you can get your hands on one.
Nightmare is great, I still play mine all the time. It definitely feels different than the Ti Dream, a little more solid, but fast and not too heavy in my opinion. Similar enough to the Ti Dream that I think you’ll appreciate it.
VK Slusny would be my least favorite of the three, it had that heavier bi-metal thunk kind of feel on the string. Still a good yo-yo, just wouldn’t pick it over the other two.
It’s all personal preference though, pick what you think you’ll like from the specs and shapes.
i have a pink czechmate and pink summit. and no black yoyos.I want to get it in pink, but do i really need 3 pink throws when i could have my one and only black?
