Most people use YouTube or Instagram. Can sign up - upload via their apps - and then you just paste the link to that in the post and it automatically embeds it here.

Not many vids yet, but in the one I’m doing it in, there are a lot of lights in the background
well, if you really dont want to use Instagram there’s always imgur, although it’s limited to 30s(I say it enough)
