New release from Sengoku - The Mecha Nobunaga!

Mecha Nobunaga:

Sengoku went down the path of designing the successor to their flagship Nobunaga with more prototypes by FAR than they had ever made. Taking all physics into account, you have to trade off between features and if you want to make it powerful you have to make it heavier. Likewise if you like light yoyos you have to sacrifice power and stability. Quite the challenge always comes with trade offs.

But in the process, something came to mind as priority. Competition oriented yoyos are not usually beginner friendly. They are less forgiving because they need to obey to nuanced movements, but a begginer may make many unwanted nuances! So in short Mecha Nobunaga is a yoyo you can compete with and at same time is great for learning. Doesn’t feel like a brick, but it keeps rolling and rolling. You can stack layers and it wont stop, you can practice a few moves without rewinding.

At the end of design, what was supposed to be a nobunaga 2, a Nobunaga with slight adjustments ended up looking and playing and feeling completely different! Still the Nobunaga at its core but with a cybernetic body upgraded feeling! The Mecha Nobunaga!

Releasing Saturday, 2/19 @ 8PM EST.
