Since December 2021, Mowl introduced the Hybrid yo-yo, praised for its unique feel from dual plastic materials. Launched in six colors on April 4th, it garnered positive user feedback. In subsequent meetings, Mowl aimed to enhance Hybrid, leading to the development of Hybrid Type-H. Using the Mowl M as the base model, a flagship since 2016, the Type-H evolved through revisions in weight, shape, and materials.
While the M exhibits strong, sharp power with a characteristic rim and a somewhat soft feel, the original Hybrid had a rounder rim for an overall softer touch. To capture the M’s sharpness, Mowl widened the rim area and made it more straight-focused, creating the 1st prototype. Despite its sharp appearance, the yo-yo offers a unique blend of the M’s sharpness and the previous Hybrid’s softness.
After unanimous approval from associates and ambassadors, the 1st prototype became the final product. The essence of the Mowl M has been reborn in the new Hybrid, inviting users to experience its potential for further evolution.
