I went to visit the UK national once, and it was a great community! I wish I could drink more beer so I wish I could have more fun with everyone.I get drunk easily.
I would love to go back to the UK again and although I don’t have the power, I would be happy to be a bridge between the UK and Japan in some way.
1: There are people who started yo-yoing about 2 years ago and are now manufacturing their own yo-yos! I have never touched a yo-yo directly, so I can’t say for sure, and I look forward to seeing what they do in the future.
2: TP makes interesting products! I have been friends with Kentaro for a long time, and we sometimes just play Pokemon Go together without talking about yo-yos. I have nothing but respect for the yo-yos he makes, as each yo-yo he makes is unique to TP.
Magnesium has been one of the things I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but I’ve always been refused since it would cause a fire when machining. I haven’t finished the drawings yet, so I haven’t reached the stage of making a prototype yet, but I am preparing slowly, so I would be happy if you could wait for it at your leisure.
First of all, no disrespect to the current yo-yo community, but yo-yos were cooler! I feel that there is a gap between the two. In Japan, there are no yo-yo makers who are communicating yo-yos outside of the yo-yo community, so we will continue our activities to make people think “yo-yos are cool these days” through music and fashion, even if just a little. We are planning to release a wider bimetal model by summer, so please stay tuned. We also have a model called “Nocturnal” which is also wide, so please try it out as well.
When we started mowl, there were yo-yos with simple, one-pointed, non-featured logo engravings from manufacturers all over the world. The difference between these yo-yos was that the general public, who were not yo-yo players, could not distinguish between them.
So when we started mowl, we basically set out to imprint an iconic, distinctive logo.
It is a lot of work to create each character, but the excitement of creating a logo that fits perfectly is one of the joys of running mowl.
We have not started in the U.S. due to shipping and lot size issues, but we are producing apparel in Japan. We hope to sell apparel in Japan as soon as we are ready for the U.S. market.
In the past, there was a proposal to produce kendama ,but flowed.
If I get another chance, I would like to try again!
Regarding Hybrid, Japanese members Kenta and Daiki came to Osaka last summer to visit us.
6/6 marked the 5th anniversary of mowl, and we started development to create a yo-yo that noone had ever seen before as a stepping stone for the next 10 years anniversary.
During the meeting, we came up with a lot of ideas, and I jokingly said that it would be great if we could make the strongest plastic yo-yo with a PC Body and POM rims! This was the beginning of the development process of Hybrid.
The hybrid logo is not perfect at this time, but it is being prepared.
It will be engraved on the next lot. We wanted to see the reaction of our customers without the logo this time because it is a completely new structure and looks new.
All of our yo-yos are sure to be liked or disliked, but we are proud to offer them to you, so if you have a chance, please give them a try ^^.

Apparel and high quality leather goods was one of the products I originally wanted to make. I would like to make apparel, from choosing the fabrics to thinking about the size of the apparel. There are many other things I would like to do.
In Japan, it is very difficult to get a factory to trust you and do business with you without using personal connections, so I will do what I can little by little.

My favorite model is the M with the owl logo that we first sold. I was not familiar with the design process, but I am still very attached to this model. If you ignore the production process, I also like Surveillance and Obsession+… It is really hard to choose one.

To be honest, we apologize for the delays in getting yo-yos in stock at YoYoExpert due to the unstable yo-yo production and shipping situation since the start of Corona.
Now the situation is a little more stable than it was at the beginning of Corona, and the transportation situation is much better than it was at the beginning of Corona.
We will continue to work with André so that there will be as little time lag between Japan and the rest of the world as possible.
