My most recent impulse buys have been the One Drop Intro and Silhouette. Big fan of both so far.
A while back I impulse sold my Confusion and Alleycat 650b. I miss that bright pink Alleycat sometimes.

Picked up a Banshee SS over on the FB BST after hearing so many good things about it. I tend to like organic shaped yoyos, but I was recommended the OG Elite and loved it.

like how do you not take advantage of an opportunity to try some of these things out? and it’s not as much fomo, especially for the luch, as much as maybe… sampling? like a seasonal fish or vegetable?

Most recent impulse may have been on the BST here. While technically not an impulse as I had been looking for this throw after seeing that One Drop was going to revisit this design, one night I popped on the BST and searched “Dietz” to find a mint with box Dietz for what I felt was a reasonable price. As soon as I saw it I sent the seller a message and that morning, sent over the funds.
For what it’s worth, One Drop is re-imagining what we know as the Dietz (formerly known as the Halifax) but the new one is a tapped axle and slightly larger. I wanted the original, smaller one with side effects.

I just spent $95 which is hell of a lot of money for me on my latest impulse purchase.
The 66% Sleipnir.
This one to be exact :
I’m not sure if I would use a 66% yoyo much and for $95 bucks it’s a lot of money to drop on a “fun” yoyo. But the Sleipnir is currently one of, if not the favourite yoyo right now. And I felt compelled to give it a little brother in matching outfits.
Also I can picture my son yoyoing with this if he ever gets into it when older with me using the matching full size side by side.
