Cerakote price is lower than I was expecting. . .
If you look at the store history, you can see the sub 70$ price tag of the MMC from a couple of years ago. I remember buying one and my wife complaining about how expensive it was….
I wish I still had it.
Snagged the white cerakote, wanted to also grab a clear but gonna wait it out to see how these play..
My perspective is that the Cerakote FRS Blunder Bus is the same price as the anodized MCMO.
MCMO: $135
FRS P2: $120
FRS Black Canon: $104
My fingers are crossed for an eventual B-grade drop, like with the FRS P2.
Went for a clear because I am not a big fan of cerakote. I’m very curious to see how it plays as I actually tend to prefer lighter yoyos.
How’s the Blunder Bus so far?
Not much time with it, but loving it so far.
Very nicely balanced IMO. Good power and stability but overall feels very responsive and kind of effortless to use.
I got a clear and I absolutely love mine. It’s a unique organic; carries a lot more stability and oomf when you throw it. When I first threw it I tried a fancy bind and the string flew off my finger, so it went for a bouncy ride along my driveway. So needless to say, its my new edc! Managed to tune out most of the vibe that resulted from it though.
This is my first Markmont yoyo and I am very happy with it. I have a Project 2 coming in the mail, which I am very excited about.
Reminded me of this from the MCMO product page:
Go head and get you a good ol’ ding in it early so you can get more comfy with actually PLAYING this throw LOL.
Bro, everytime I buy a yoyo from Markmontshop and it comes with one of his strings, they always fly off of my finger and it rolls across the house.
That thinnnnn string lmaooo
