Casting another vote for the Butterball here. I love my Butterball, it’s just stupid how nice it feels in the hand and how nice it feels while playing.

Okay folks. You all talked me into it so I ended up going with a new butterball here on yoyo expert. It was 70 shipped brand new here on yoyo expert. I grabbed the burnt orange
The problem is with the spoils on the atmos website. It’s 50 bucks but they’re $15 shipping so it comes up to $65 for something. That’s a b grade so for an extra five bucks I get one new with no issues.
If Atmos wasn’t charging so much in shipping I would have went on their site but I’m not paying $15 for shipping

while it’s no secret that asora is one of, if not my favorite, i think asora as an organic rec depends. if someone wants a modern performing organic that has a freehand vibe but is absurdly capable i feel like asora takes the cake hands down. if someone wants an old school classic organic vibe, i don’t think asora fits
having said that, asora3 is the answer every time

I didn’t understand the hype around Asora. It was okay but I feel like there’s plenty that compete with it at a cheaper price.

I have one, and that’s how I feel. Like the rims are a bit loose. I do like the way it looks and how it plays, but I always think something is about to fall off. Glad to hear that’s just the way it is.

I actually plan on buying more I think I’m going to get rid of my motion yoyo perpendicular with brass rings. It was around 110 so I might sell it for the cloud or something else

Why does everyone seem to prefer Butterball over Cloudberry OS? I already own Cloudberry OS and really like it, but is there a particular reason I should consider getting Butterball? Am I missing something?

I’m in the same situation and asked the same question. I suppose, sooner or later, I’ll need to buy a Butterball! Maybe for Thanksgiving!

The thing with me is the cloudberry and the Butterball look the same. Looks like the same design the same shape. What’s so different about it? Because I want to buy a cloudberry also in that honey color. But I’m not seeing anything different so I might just actually maybe jump on the fruit loops ES or the cephes

The Cloudberry OS is wider and has a smaller diameter. It also flares out towards the rim, giving it more rim weight.
