FYI One Drop has mentioned that they’ll be restocking Side Effects soon (emphasis mine):

Thank you to everyone who picked up Deep States and Silhouettes from yesterday’s drop. We appreciate all of you and wouldn’t be here without all that support. You all especially stepped up during COVID and helped us survive it.

Much like every business, COVID has created a lot of challenges for us, although businesses like restaurants and coffee shops had it much tougher than us. Thankfully, most of that is behind us now and we are starting to catch up on production which means a lot of stuff is coming. We apologize for the various shortages in product availability are are working to address it.

Starting last December, we experienced a shortage in the availability of American Made 6061 aluminum alloy - the standard stuff we have been using for more than a decade. That took a few months to resolve and we are now well supplied again. At the same time we also experienced issues with the machine that makes Side Effects and that is resolved now as well. Stack on top some personal stuff including a death in the family and you can start to see why we are a bit behind. We aren’t writing this to make excuses, but rather to keep you informed. Here is some of what is coming soon:

1. BIG Side Effect re-stock. There should be at least 5 shapes in 5 different colors plus brass.

2. Next new yo-yo: Lunar Eclipse. This is continuing our collaboration with @theohyesyo with a re-designed Eclipse in 7075 alloy.

3. Re-stocks of Legendary Terrarian, Terrarian and Panorama.

Lots more in the works. Thank you so much for all the love and the support which keeps us around so we can build yo-yos in Oregon.
