I used to run Smashing YoYos and I care full time for my nan as she needs full time care. It became too much to manage such a big team and all the massive runs of yoyos that I was doing with Smashing. I couldn’t let my nans care suffer. After some discussion with the team I decided it was best for me to stop before I started to resent what had become my family (the Smashing team and fans). I still wanted to make yoyos so I started OP. I’ve not left the team behind though. I’m about to prototype Abbys signature yoyo to make through OP, I’ve spoken to Victor about doing another signature for him and I’ve spoken to Armani to get the ball rolling on his too. I’m super excited about those.
I chose pink because I like pink the best. That allows me to put as much of my personality into each of my yoyos. It also lined up that the name was good too. Not much more to the story than that. I like making pink yoyos!
And I have so much respect for you for caring for your mother. My mom was my absolute best friend in life. Not a day goes by where I don’t miss her.

Did the drawing already happen? I’m currently waiting on a potential purchase on the slim chance that I get the gift voucher, but if the winners have already been decided then I know that I don’t need to wait anymore!
