Jayyo’s account does not say “Forum Expert” under “Postion” in his profile, or his info box on his posts, or in the member list. He also does not have the “YoYoExpert Forum Expert” bar under his signature either. I am pming Andre about this.

The bar is something Kim-Lan made, and you have to manually put it into your signature. I took mine out.
